PAUL SUCHOWSKI

Paul Suchowski has over 24 years of senior management experience in the environmental industry. He is BELFOR’s environmental division manager and corporate controller of BELFOR Holdings, Inc. Previously, he was vice president of operations at a CA environmental company during a period of significant growth and the launching of a successful restoration division.

Matt Hourigan has more than 17 years of experience working in many areas of the environmental industry. He is qualified as National Programs Manager with his extensive training and experience in HAZMAT, abatement, remediation, decommissioning, and environmental safety services. Hourigan has managed over $150 million in environmental projects in most of the 50 states, Puerto Rico, and China. His client list includes Fortune 1000 companies and other large international corporations. He manages the BELFOR Environmental Catastrophe Team in response to large scale events that has in recent years included Hurricane Katrina, Iowa floods, Hurricane Ike, Chilean Earthquake, Joplin tornadoes, Johnson City, NY floods, Super Storm Sandy, Nashville Floods, Hurricane Charlie and Hurricane Harvey.
MARVIN SASSER
Director - Health, Safety & Compliance
Marvin Sasser is a 23-year veteran of Safety Management, including service as an OSHA Compliance Officer, director safety director for an ENR Top 300 General Contractor, and lead safety for oil field operations. He oversees the health and safety of BELFOR employees in more than 110 offices between BELFOR Environmental and other U.S. BELFOR offices. Sasser is also responsible for client and government safety audits and he assures regulatory compliance at the federal, state, and local levels.
GREG HENKE
National Programs Manager
Greg Henke has more than 25 years of experience in the environmental industry, specializing in semiconductor decommissioning, large plant operations and the range of services provided under the national program include asbestos abatement, lead abatement, hazardous materials spills and remediation, chemical lab packing, oil/fuel spill cleanup, UST removal, confined space entry, mold remediation and waste management. Henke has responded to dozens of large scale catastrophic events such as Hurricane Katrina, the Iowa floods, Hurricane Ike, Chilean Earthquake, Joplin MO tornadoes, Johnson City, NY floods, and Hurricane Harvey in Louisiana and Hurricane Charlie in Florida. His career began with a business degree starting in transportation and chemical industries, and has progressed with the National accounts division of BELFOR. Henke has managed jobs in excess of 4 million.
CHUCK SVENDSEN
Project Manager – National Programs
Electronics/Machinery Technical Restoration
Chuck Svendsen has more than 35 years of experience in Electronics and Computer Support. Svendsen has been employed by BELFOR for 18 years and provides project leadership for the BELFOR Semiconductor Division. This group provides services directly related to the high tech semiconductor industry. Services include, but are not limited to tool evaluation and decontamination, tool and wafer fabrication decommissioning, and equipment restoration. Most of these services are focused on decontamination due to process contaminants (hazardous chemicals, acids, gas) and are usually not performed as a result of a loss.
TRINI ELIAS
Environmental Manager – Los Angeles, CA
Trini Elias has nearly 15 years of environmental abatement experience specializing in asbestos, microbial, and lead abatement. He is responsible for management of the Southern California abatement team, including direct project management, marketing and sales. The Environmental team is certified in Asbestos Abatement Supervision, Lead Supervision and Bio Technicians. He has experience in all types of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and retail.
FRANK FRENCH
Abatement Project Manager – San Jose, CA
Frank French has more than 27 years of experience in the environmental abatement industry. French currently serves as the abatement manager for Northern California. His experience rages from the abatement of residential homes to large commercial projects including the $18M San Francisco Phillip Burton Federal Building project. Throughout his career, French has estimated and managed asbestos, lead, and mold remediation projects in all ranges of size, complexity and industries. His current certifications include: Asbestos Contractor Supervisor, California Department of Public Health Lead Construction Supervisor, EPA Lead Renovator, Building Science Thermographer, 40 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor and Asbestos Building Inspector.
RAY GREB
Abatement Project Manager – Medford, OR
Ray Greb has 18 years of experience in the environmental abatement industry. He currently serves as abatement project manager for Oregon and Washington. In his career, Greb has estimated and managed asbestos abatement, demolition, mold and lead paint remediation projects through the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. Projects range in size from small residential to large commercial. He began his abatement industry career as construction manager for an Oregon-based environmental consulting firm where he was certified as a EPA AHERA Building inspector, Oregon DHS Lead based paint inspector, Oregon DHS Lead based paint abatement Supervisor, and both Oregon and Washington Asbestos Abatement supervisor.

Senior Estimator/Project Manager - Medford Environmental
Matt Fletcher has 23 years of experience in the environmental and demolition industry. He is a Certified Asbestos Supervisor in Oregon and Washington. Fletcher is also certified on a wide range of heavy equipment.
CHRIS RYAN
Senior Estimator/Project Manager - Portland Environmental
Chris Ryan has 14 years of experience in the environmental industry. His certifications include Certified Asbestos Supervisor in Oregon and Washington, EPA certified AHERA Building inspector. He is also an EPA certified Lead RRP.
ERIK LOBE
Project Manager – Greater Reno/Lake Tahoe
Erik Lobe has five years in the environmental abatement and construction industry. He is the abatement project manager for the Greater Reno/Lake Tahoe area. Lobe estimates and manages lead and asbestos abatements from small residential to large scale commercial projects. These projects include schools, hotels, hospitals, multi-family housing and casinos. He holds certifications in EPA, RRP, OSHA Lead Action Level, Asbestos supervisor and Trauma scene cleanup.
JAVIER VELAZQUEZ
Asbestos Project Manager – Austin
Javier Velazquez has over 26 years of experience in the environmental abatement industry. Velazquez services the State of Texas for all environmental projects. His responsibilities include project estimating, project budgeting, project management and marketing for asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead-based paint abatement, demolition and restoration. His licenses and certifications by the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) include asbestos abatement contractor/supervisor, mold remediation contractor, 40-Hour HAZWOPER, NIOSH 582 training, scaffold competent and safety training, former EPA AHERA asbestos building inspector, asbestos air monitoring technician, lead based paint inspector, lead based paint risk assessor, lead based paint supervisor and construction testing technician.
